Ray Harold  Nix
Ray Harold Nix, 86, of Greenville went to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Ray proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a hardworking man who was well known and loved by everybody.

Ray is survived by two sons, John Nix (Shirley) and David Nix (Sheila); two daughters, Deborah Hord (Brian) and Diane Hatfield; two step-daughters, Jennifer Willingham (Steve) and Bonnie Alexander (Bobby); 11 grandchildren, Chris Patterson, Tracey Hammond, Andrea Patterson, Ashley Garcia (Roberto), Geoffrey Albertson, Jennifer Terrell (Eric), Abby Gary (Jason), Kenneth Hatfield (Timberly), Katie Hatfield, Breana Nix, and David "DJ" Nix; 17 great-grandchildren, and his life companion, Ann Faucett.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at The Graceland Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017 at The Graceland Mortuary. Interment will follow funeral services at Graceland Cemetery-WEST.
